This isnāt really a complaint, but an observation. I typically eat 2 small meals per day, both close together in the evening. With some variation on the seasonings I use, I eat the same safe vegetables basically every day, sometimes berries or a few veggie chips.
Does anyone else eat the same thing in the same amounts every day? I basically do this until I canāt stand a food anymore, then I switch to a new one. I always start a routine hoping to have a āvaried, healthy dietā but slowly move back to a select few safe foods and barely ever eat anything else.
