My ex Girlfriend of 5 years started dating some else less than week after we broke up.

We started dating in high school. We dated for about 5 years and broke up about 6 weeks ago. She broke up with me because she told me she needed to find herself and she wanted to figure out what she was doing with her life. I didn’t want it to end but we talked about it and she told me that she still loved me but she need to do this for herself. A couple days later she told me she went out on a date with someone but she said they were just friends and it wasn’t going to go farther than that. However, she’s now dating him and it’s pretty obvious that she’s been dating him since she went out with him. When I found out, it broke me because she lied to me and I’m also still madly in love with her. It hurt because she is doing a lot of things with him that she didn’t want to do with me like going out on the town or going to a bar, etc. and I don’t know how she could tell me that she loved me and then turn around and start dating someone else. When I found out, I lashed out at her over text saying that she just threw away our relationship and that obviously she didn’t love me. That was a mistake and I apologized the next day but she didn’t respond to either of those messages. That was about a month ago. We’ve exchanged a few messages here and there since then, nothing about her relationship or our former relationship, but I have so much to say to her and so many questions that I want answers to. I am unable to move on from her and I want her back badly but I don’t know what to do. Should I tell her how I feel or just leave her alone to be with him?
