TLDR: Dad died, I got paid. Wife spent money she shouldn't have, ruined trip for ash spreading
So my father passed away a couple of months ago, and I got 2 large(to me) lump sums from his work, and his insurance. These checks were both deposited into my wife's account, due to me not having a bank account right now. First sum, she spent several hundred dollars without asking, while knowing the money was being spent on bills, etc., but was able to get that money back. Now the second lump sum, I had set aside several hundred dollars to fly to the other side of the country to meet my father's side of the family for the first time, and to spread my father's ashes. Found out a few hours ago that my wife spent every penny of it without telling me, BUT it went into my fuel tank, and fast food over a couple weeks. I'm pissed that she spent money she knew was "already spent" not once, but twice, and didn't even tell me. Now I have a flight and a rental car, but no money for fuel, hotel(or campsite), food, etc. And she doesn't work. I'm still too angry to think, and I really need some advice...
