Ok to start of I've been seeing him about 2 months. Yes I known its not long he told me he really likes me I felt the same way. He got in a dumb ass fight, because we planned on going on a trip I paid we was going to pay me back, I trusted him because when I went to see him we always split the hotel and he would always give me the money so I trusted him. He said let's not go to save you money cause he noticed my bank account was negative. I told him that it's not gonna save me money because everything is already paid for and is not refundable. He called me an asshole and said you're gaslating me you're making me feel bad. He's not answering my phone calls or text, and has blocked me on all social media. I now have no choice but to take him to small clames court to get my money. If he would have answered my calls and texts I wouldn't have to do this. But the odd part is he has his friend friend contact me cause he knew I was suicidal because of all this yelling. I didn't answer the phone so we had his friend called my Work to have my work do a welfare check on me Call my mother. And then I hear from his friends that he wants to get a restraining order against me because I kept calling him it's like good luck with that I have a legitimate reason to be calling you you owe me $1700.

Am I the jerk for trying to tell him that I did not gonna save me money?
