Okay so I feel as though my boyfriend doesn't want to spend time with me and I don't know what to do. For example, he hangs out with his friends almost every night on the weekday because they all ride bikes together so I sometimes expect to spend a Friday night together because we're both free. Yet, while he is hanging with his friends they do so much together and he is rarely on his phone. Yet, when he is with me he is always on his phone and never knows what to do. We had our one year a few weeks ago and we went out to eat but besides that he did not plan anything. And he got back from spending time with family just now but instead of coming to see me or me going to see him, he just went with his friends

Now I don't want to seem demanding by asking for some attention but I just feel like there is never an effort. And now I feel like if I bring this up with him he will just spend time with me because I asked but not because he wants to.

Also some background when we first started dating he would actively want to hangout and do things with me almost everyday.

What do I do?!?!
