My GF thinks this is a major screw up. I’m not sure tho.
Post Body

I will try to keep this as short as possible.

Backstory: She use to smoke cigarettes, however she quit back in January. I still smoke cigarettes. When we both smoked cigarettes on occasion we would smoke in the house.

Also the day in question, I had worked 4a-3pm (I do heavy lifting)

Main Story: One day I came in the house to grab a item. As I was leaving the house, I lit up a cigarette by accident. I meant to light it up when I got outside. When I open the door my landlord was standing right there. So I then inform him that I meant to light it up outside. When I got back inside she went off on me. Told me that if I can’t follow the rules then I can get out. We began to argue. She then tells me to get out right now. I said okay but before I could finish she took my phone. She said when you finish moving out you can get it back. I was like no that’s not how this is going to work. I reach for my phone as a flower pot knocks over. I grab my phone out of her hands & walk away. She goes to follow & cuts her foot.

I driver her to the hospital. Hospital says that I can’t come in. So I drive to a nearby parking lot & fall asleep (it was about 9/10pm). She calls me around 12:30 am & I didn’t answer. So she waits a hour. Then Ubers home but can’t get in because I have her car keys (we took her car). I didn’t wake up til about 3/4.

Now I know I messed up. So my questions is, does breaking up over this makes since? She seems to not want to be with me over this situation. What would you do if you were me.
