This girl that’s out of my league wants to get together for a dog play date but my dog isn’t good with other dogs

I swiped on this girls story since she posted her dog which looks identical to mine (both black labs). Got to talking about dogs and now she wants to have a “dog play date”. This would be fine, but when other dogs approach mine she typically gets pretty worked up and usually snaps a little if the other dog is persistent in sniffing her. This might be a more pet-savvy question but would this make me look bad if my dog ends up not liking hers?
