Hey on mobile so sorry about formatting. So my(21) boyfriend(28) of almost 2 years now has a very busy life. This is fine with me as I have my own life and things I do. Although lately he keeps asking me to come down to his hometown with him(about a 5 hour drive) which I've told him to give me 2 weeks notice so I can get a 2 days off in a row(my schedule isn't set for the week it changes weekly). He says that is fine and he will let me know. So since covid we haven't really done anything going-out wise(we've gone to the drive in because I bought tickets and said we were) other than that we sit in his room and watch TV. I've bought tennis outfits because he wants to play tennis but when I ask him to actually go out and play he doesn't want to. I was really hoping this road trip would be something fun to do together. I messaged him last night to see if I could come over after work and he says he's in his hometown?? He never mentioned going this weekend and he was trying to make plans with me all week so I don't understand why he didn't ask me to come with him? It kinda sucks because this is the first weekend I have 3 days off in a row. I feel as though I got off topic but when I've brought up doing things he always says he's tired or doesn't want to when I'm with him but when I'm not he's always going out and doing things with friends and going away. I never get invited. How do I tell him this pisses me off without being an AH? I know he needs his guy time but we barely see each other for more than 12 hours at a time maybe twice a week. Being busy is fine but I'm starting to feel like he's avoiding going out in public with me??
