BUT HE HATES BIRTHDAY STUFF! And she knows that but she just asked me for help distracting him so she can plan him a surprise party.

He hates surprises. He hates his birthday and he hates being put in anxiety inducing situations like that. But right now they live together so he can’t really escape.

I’m his best friend and I feel that it’s my job to warn him because he will be UPSET. But I don’t want to hurt his moms feelings or tell him and then he goes and yells at his mom about it 😭

Any tips/ideas??? This is so awkward!! Why doesn’t she know her own son 😭😭😭

EDIT: thank you guys!!! We talked it out and she ended up just asking him if we can try something small. I think it went well 💕
