My lady friend has a nose ring that i think is pretty dumb looking and honestly I find pretty unattractive as well. Do I bring it up somehow?

So my lady friend wears a nose ring in the center part of her nose, sorta like a minotaur ring but much smaller. Honestly I think it looks dumb and is a bit of a turn off whenever I look at it. She wants me to be more sexual towards her, but I don't know if I can be when I look at that and just can't stop thinking about it LOL. I know its a minor thing, but it might be a big deal to her. Do i say anything or what?
