Need some help with a mistake

Hey everyone Basically when I started dating my SO, we had a conversation about past partners, she gave me a number that I wasn't expecting (I still love her either way) but in a moment of stupidness and insecurity I blurted out the same number as her despite being a Virgin. She's never called me out on it but I desperately want to get it off my chest and sort it out. Here's where you come in: Has anyone been in a similar situation and/or can give advice on how to go about sorting this out? I'm happy to be blunt and straight up if that's the best way about it. Hit me with questions if you need more info :)
