Ok guys, so iv been with the same girl for 11 yrs. We met when we were both 19 years old. We have 4 kids together and we both are doing well in our jobs.....

However, I have always felt unloved by her, and that she doesnt find me attractive. It's always felt this way apart from a few fleeting occasions of her making an effort....

I used to be grossly over weight and unemployed however, I am now a qualified nurse and have dropped 6 stone to the point where I have visible abs and most people pay me nice compliments. I changed my life around for the better but iv never heard my partner tell me she was happy for me, I look good or I'm doing well.

It's gotten to the point where no matter how many times I try to tell her I need to feel affection and love , she just ignores me. I am not asking for the world just a bit of love. I genuinely worry what would happen if a woman was kind to me and took an interest, I feel I'd be tempted to do something and leave.

What can/should I do???
