this girl (29F) that I (25F) was interested in (who ended things with me because she picked another girl over me ) messaged me. Her Reasons for ending things were age difference and her being bad at commitment and that “I deserve better”. The girl she picked she had previously mentioned she thought she was crazy and controlled and yet she picked her 🤷🏻‍♀️.

After no contact for two months she messaged me to ask if I had found someone who “is good to me”but clarified she wasn’t going to hit on me if I said otherwise. I’m being nice in convo because I wanted to check if she was okay because I know Christmas can be a shitty time for some people.

But at the same time, she really broke my heart (I was upset for a while(first time going through this) and she knows this).

She recently broke up with that ex ( 2 days ago) and she mentioned I had been on her mind as well :/

We have been talking a little but if I’m being honest I’d rather she didn’t contact me. She’s asking for advice about her ex ( the girl she dumped me for) which I think is cruel. Is this cruel? Do I have a right to be annoyed? What do I do? Do I say something to her and call her out or just leave things be?
