Why do I have anxiety it my relationship when there is truly nothing to worry about?
Post Body

My boyfriend is amazing and we’re still pretty new (thinking the newness may be why I have anxiety) but this relationship came after a long period of being single and going to therapy and just working on myself. I feel so much better in general with him and we are very compatible, but I still have anxiety (I have an anxious attachment style) and hate when we have to part ways.

It’s childish to me because I am 25F and he is almost 30M and I don’t want to feel this way. I keep it inside because I don’t want to seem stupid for feeling lonely when I leave him even after we spend like 4 days/nights together.

Does anyone have advice on how to feel more secure?
