My upstairs neighbors fight and I want to help but don’t want to overstep.
Post Body

Hello Reddit me (m 31) and my wife (f 21) live in an apt complex and our upstairs neighbors fight and argue frequently. I want to help and say something to them To try and help but I don’t want to make things worse either. You can hear extremely loud stomps almost like furniture falling and screaming and yelling and kids crying.

I should point out that I don’t really know them they moved in a couple months ago. We’ve had conversations before they seem really nice. I don’t know their names but we’ve always been friendly and they seem personable.

They have 2 small children. I told my with that I would go up and talk to him to try and help calm things down and would offer to bring the kids down so they don’t have to see any arguing.

My wife fees like that if I try to step in and assist that it would be things worse. I don’t know what i can or should do it anything.

What do you think Reddit?
