Scientific/Psychological Explanation for Tingling in Head when thinking about someone...

Long story short, this girl in my psyc class and I have mutual feelings for each either (and we both know it). Cause of corona, we can’t see each other. Withjn the last week, I hav been experiencing this deep intermittent tingling sensation in the back of my head (more or less the occipital region). Most of the time (prob. 75-80%), it would occur when I am thinking about her (sounds kind of corny I know). I never had this feeling before. Is there a scientific/psychologixal explanation for this?
