So I've been dating my boyfriend for a little over 2 years. He has a history of lying to me, primarily about substance abuse...
Anyway, there's this throwaway IG account I've seen view my stories on & off multiple times over the last year. It had no profile picture, 0 followers 0 following.
My bf & I had a falling out about 4 weeks ago where I had him blocked on everything, and this account was viewing my stories. I blocked it thinking what the heck. Later we ended up making up and I asked him if the fake account was his, and he admitted to it. He claims he created it when he was blocked last year (we had split up for a few months) and it's only purpose was to view my stories etc. Later on I asked if he planned on deleting the account now that I know about it and he basically said there's no reason to use it now that I've blocked the account. It's been brought up a few times over the past few weeks, even last night, that he will delete it/doesn't even use it/isn't logged into it.
So tonight, I just went to unblock his fake account so I could see if he's deleted it, and I saw that he's now added a profile picture (of a car), and has something like 4 followers 14 following. I confronted him about it and he got rather defensive so I just told him goodnight.
Is this weird? Why would he go through the trouble to add a profile photo & add people to a fake throwaway IG account??
