Hey all. So my significant other is away on business for a week. The other night she FaceTimes me from a speak easy place and tells me how this guy she just met bought her a drink. I told her I didn’t like that. I said no guy buys a girl a drink just because he is nice. She said he was interested in her business. But I told her I don’t like that and I would appreciate if you didn’t accept drinks from people you don’t know. She told me too bad I’m a big girl and I can do and speak to whoever I want. I was hurt over that and was a bit cold the next day. That turned her and she became upset at me. Started saying how bad I am and gave nonsense examples. I don’t understand how two adults can nicely express their feelings and the other turn and become so upset at me for expressing myself. What’s going on here?
