My husband and I have been married for nine months. He has a 10-year-old son with his ex-wife. I have never interfered with her parenting or his. I simply ask to be included when plans are made.that will involve me and ask that I be respected as his wife.

She has not allowed me to know the son's sports schedules, she schedules things for the child on our weekends with him, and she has told my husband that I AM NOT a parent to this child.

I have requested that he set some boundaries with her regarding respecting me, our marriage, and the things she says to the child. She has told him that I am his "fake mom". M y husband has refused. This is taking a toll on ur relationship. I have lost trust and respect for him. Any advice?
