Girls night

So my girlfriend had girls day yesterday which is no big deal but I didn’t hear from her for almost 12 hours. I texted her asking to let me know that she was home safe and she did but part of me feels like if hadn’t asked I may not have heard from her at all. Am I being stupid over nothing? I struggle with my insecurities so I wasn’t texting her that way it doesn’t show but it worries me still
