So me and my ex girlfriend broke up about 7 weeks ago She keeps saying to leave me alone and then she wont leave me alone and it is going both ways. When we first broke up, she decided she would still go on the cruise as friends, but 2 weeks ago she decided not too but will still pay me for her share. but now she has deiced that she shouldn't pay me because she's not going.

I would just like other peoples opinion. I have never said that she cant come and Yes i have tried other mates but they cant get either afford it or get the time of work.

We are due to sail on 28th Jan so there is still 5 and a half weeks for her to change her mind but i am worried i wont get my share back. she has blocked all types of communication as of today.

So my next step is legal action - just some advice or something would be great
