Not sure if she's cheating but have a strong feeling and have no idea what to do

So here are some of the signs which seem Very obvious that she is but I can't prove it
1) lack of sex. In the last 2 years we probably had sex 10-12 times
2) all of a sudden she dresses up for work. I kno this woman and dressing up for work isn't her
3) stays in the car to check Instagram and always texting some girlfriend at all times of the night which I find hella weird
There's a few more things help
