So a very close and deeply important friend of mine [22/m] had a steady relationship with his girlfriend [20/f] up until lately. She broke up with him and it hit him really hard. I was one of the emotional crutches he leaned on and was the recipient of the 2 Am "we broke up" call.

Anyways, his ex (who he still deeply loves and I work with) recently confessed to me that she has a thing for me, and did when those two were together. He has already known for about a week now. I (probably mistakenly) asked him about it, and now its just a weird dynamic. He means a lot to me, he likes her, and she likes me....and I don't know what to do.
