Hello I 22F have been together with my boyfriend 22M for almost 4 years and last year on our anniversary he gave me a promise ring! I never wore jewelry until he got me my ring and now I can't leave the house without it.

I want to get him something special and romantic his birthday is on Feb 14th. In the past I got him a stainless steel gold plated chain and the gold has stripped off but he doesn't take it off and doesn't want a replacement because it has sentimental value.

I am not sure if I want to replace the chain so I was thinking about a ring. But he doesn't wear any jewelry besides his chain either lol it's making it difficult to setting on the right piece of jewelry for him but considering he doesn't take his chain off I know he finds it meaningful.

Has anyone else gotten their man a ring? Or men have you recieved a ring from your SO? How did it go?
