In a bit of a pickle, but my girlfriend is in her friends wedding that I don’t know to well. I met her one time and could not stand her, however that’s not the reason I came. The reason is because my best friend who i served years with in the military is turning 30 and his girlfriend reached out to me because she wants to throw him a surprise party and she wanted me to be there which does make me feel special. I will say I am a little resentful toward my girlfriend because when I got out the military my entire family flew to California to visit and celebrate my years of service, but instead of her coming she choose to go to Miami with this friend who is getting married. Do I go to the wedding or the birthday?
