How to react when my (24M) date (22F) is self-judging?

Post Body

TL;DR My date is quite self-judging and I don't know how to react or if this is something to be cautious about

So I 24M have been dating this girl 22F for a few weeks and it seems like we are on the same page about pursuing the relationship seriously. She tends to self-judge herself quite a bit, both in positive and negative ways from "You know I am a girl who does.../who likes../who is..." inserted without context to "I know I am like this and it's bad so I have to work on this" while I don't think those judgements are necesarily true. I don't really understand why she says that, and I guess it may come from a low self-confidence. In both cases I don't know how to react or if this is a thing to be cautious about for a serious relationship.
