We have been dating for 3 months now, she lives a little far from my place so we have not been on dates much, yesterday we planned something together and I waiting for her at her bus stop ( she would use bus to commute), she didn't show and didn't pick my calls, neither answered my texts, I waited for her for approximately 3 hours and then I gave up and went home, today she texted me this:

" I'm sorry for yesterday "

" Will make up for it the next time 😉😉 "

Now I don't know how to respond or what to think, she has not texted me anything except this. No explanation was given by her.

Please help.
