We've (me 26M; her 28F) been dating for some time now (approx. 1.5 years) and already talked about how we want to get along with our marriage plenty of times before. Both of us work but we're not rich. Last week, she went overseas for a friends wedding who happens to be super rich (rich dad) where she stayed in a 5 star hotel (with approx. 65 other guests) all paid for by the bride's family (incl. meals/airport pickup, tours etc). They gave out silver and gold coins/rings to all the guests as well.

Soon as she flew back, she says that she thinks we should wait a bit on our wedding plans. Upon asking, she said that she's not sure if she wants to marry me atm. Apparently I lover her very much and take care of her the best I can but she wants a grand wedding (like her friend) and since she doesn't come from money, she wants to marry someone who does so she can have her big day in style.

What irritates me is the fact that we've already talked about it a million times before about how we'll go ahead with our wedding plans (not spend too much and save for a house deposit, go on trips across the globe etc) and right after she came back from the wedding, she's just done a complete flip.

I'm borderline thinking about leaving her right now.
