So my fiancée F/34 and I M/31 have been together for 6 years and we have an open relationship, very stable, communicative, loving caring etc etc. We don’t fight often and when we do we talk about things and patch it up. Overall it’s a very healthy loving relationship. The issue I’m having is anytime I think about her doing anything with other men I get this uneasy feeling of dread over my body, I get this worry feeling this “she’s going to leave me one day” feeling I guess you could call it. Are these feelings normal? Am I insecure about the open relationship? Am I insecure about the relationship in general? Am I insecure myself? Any advice would help
