A little bit of context, I met this guy online and we'd been in a relationship for 5 months now. He grew up without a father figure so basically he's the one helping his mom and sisters financially and with responsibilities but they don't live together.

November 17th, he stopped replying and completely left me in the dark. He only sent me an update on November 23th, just a day before our supposed meet up. He said he just got back from another country, his sister had to go to court so he needed to fly with his mom. After that he completely ignored me again for 5 days until yesterday, I gave him an ultimatum. Either he'd talk to me that day or I will not bother him anymore. He finally replied and said he has a lot on his plate, that he's having a hard time and he had to do so many things. Then stopped replying again.

I can say he's not the type to lie but I don't get why someone who claim to love you to death completely forget about you for days.
