Hey so fwb ended things with me. We definitely were doing relationship things. ( sleepovers and dates) I don’t think we expected to get along so well and spend time. Then this happens…..

Him: Hi. sorry about that. Just been busy and all of that. Also, just wanted to tell you that I’m not interested doing the fwb thing anymore with you. I’m sorry but it just the best for me and go from there

Me: May I ask if something happened or is it just life right now?

Him: I’m kinda going through money situation and everything like that. Plus I’m kinda talking to someone as well. So everything is my fault for not giving you an alert early enough

Me: I wish you would’ve told me sooner and I wish you could’ve told me that in person versus text now. I’ll never know if I’ll ever see you again.

Him: I will definitely see you again soon for sure. Not a doubt about it. I just never been around a woman like you being so good to me. Ya know? You didn’t do anything wrong and I want you to know that. If your not busy Saturday night, I would come see you for a bit

And yes we talked and hugged felt great he reached back out to make sure I was okay. But I was so damn blind sided. I mean nothing was going wrong with us. So also to preface he got out of an engagement about 11 months ago. And I just am trying not to blame myself for the way things went. But he ended things over text☹️( also to add that girl he’s talking to came back to guy I had fwb with after she left him once for her baby daddy a couple of months back!)
