Girlfriend (F25) hit me (F23) and I’m not sure what to do? She’s been the best thing that ever happened to me

She’s been a massive part of me getting sober and clean and actually building my life and confidence again since I broke up with my ex and even been around my daughter a good bit but last night after dinner and i accidentally broke a mug she had from a deceased friend she didn’t take it well and jabbed me in the mouth left me with a fat lip today I feel like if I or she leaves I’m going to relapse again

And I’m absolutely terrified of starting fresh again with anyone else or being on my own I’m not totally sure how to address this with her I think it’s worth talking about at the very least?
