I have been casually seeing my partner for a couple months and everything has been going well except he doesn’t last very long during sex. Like mayyyybe 3 minutes if I’m lucky, but I actually don’t think it’s his fault. This has been a consistent issue with all of the sexual partners I’ve had. I mentioned this before and my partner said he wasn’t surprised since I am “crazy tight.”
I’ve heard this before but never gave it much thought because I thought it was just something guys said to girls to make them feel good in bed, but now I’m thinking that I may be unusually tight. I think the medical term is vaginismus, but I’m not sure if I have this because penetration isn’t painful for me and one of the symptoms is painful sex. I do think the muscles cease up though because when using toys they will pop out on their own if I don’t hold them in. Idk I go to the gynecologist regularly but they have never mentioned noticing anything unusual.
Some people might think this is a perk but it has actually negatively impacted the quality of my sex life. I’m often left unsatisfied and my partner feels bad for not lasting longer. Is there anything we can do to improve this?
