We had been dating for 4 months as a long distance, there was a spark when we first met on a vacation, but when it only became long distance that spark faded for me. Shes an amazing and kind woman but i didnt feel in love like i used to, and she dont deserve that.

I decided to break up the day before yesterday, and it hurt like hell to see how broken hearted she got. Yesterday she called and i answered, she was our driving very sad so i stayed in the call until she got home to make sure she was safe. And i know truly want her to get over me, amd i dont belive she can do that easily if i keep talking to her.

Today she messaged and called again, saying she missed me and wanted to hear my voice, haven't answered anything, and that feels horrible. How do i help her get over me? By going no contact?
