My boyfriend of 1 month [M/20] has a very high sex drive, and i [F/18] don't mind frequently getting sexual with him at all. My sex drive isn't nearly as high as his though, and it's a little more difficult to "get me in the mood", but it's doable and can be enjoyable.

However, today i was prescribed a medication for my anxiety that supposedly REALLY fucks with your sex drive. Like, I've heard people describe it as causing them to have "the sex drive of a brick". I don't mind this too much, as sex is something i can easily live without and don't really think about often. My boyfriend, however, prefers to be VERY sexually active. He's almost always in the mood and often tries to get me into it as well. I just don't know how to tell him about how this new medication is going to affect me without potentially upsetting him. I love him, and i don't want my new lack of a sex drive to get in the way of our relationship. He also has some trust issues from his past relationships and often worries that there's something deeper going on whenever I'm not in the mood for sex. I just don't know how to approach this or how to talk to him about it
