at the start of our relationship from my POV, everything was good. he was sweet and gentle, i fell hard and fast.

however i did some things that hurt him. i did things i wasnt proud of. ive never cheated but i was defensive, argumentative, didnt show him that he was special. my actions in no way reflected my feelings and because of what i did at the very beginning of our relationship, he slowly started to change.

he went from the sweet and gentle guy to the opposite. stopped making an effort to solve problems when we argued, instead he tries to find a reason to leave.

i asked him about this and he said that he cant be who he used to be anymore because i hurt him too much and he wants to protect himself.

i absolutely understand where he is coming from which makes it hard to leave even if im unhappy. he doesnt care to spend time with me, he only does things when i ask for it because apparently in the past when he would try to do stuff, couple stuff, id say no or make him feel bad about it.

he has no initiative at all. he said he had to make himself not care anymore so he only does things when i ask for it.

now im in a relationship where i dont feel wanted or loved because he has no drive for anything. but then again, i get why he is like that.
