So a few years ago I was dating someone for a few months, they worked away but made the effort to come see me at weekends or if they were working in the area saw me much more and gave me lifts home from work, genuinely thought he really liked me, definitely seemed like more than just sex he made an effort to watch shows I was into and stuff like that. Anyway something felt off I snooped and found his girlfriend’s Facebook page, prof pic cover pic was them two together and it said she was in a relationship, instead of waiting to see him I instantly messaged him like “you have a girlfriend, I’m not into that and you should have told me” then he ghosted me. Which is fine whatever, it hurt me at the time but says more about him than me. Since then though, for three years he has religiously watched my instagram story. I don’t follow him I deleted his number etc but he follows me. Maybe I should make it so he can’t follow me but it doesn’t really bother me apart from when I had my son recently he responded to my story with claps, 3 years later, found it odd, I didn’t start up a convo, and then reacted to 3 more ig stories within like a 2 month space. Then hasn’t since but still watches, I just find it so odd, anyone have an insight to what might be going through this guys mind lol. I get that watching my stories means nothing and maybe morbid curiosity or he may not even really be looking at them, but it’s the random responding 3 years later. Maybe just a congratulations about my baby but seriously? You ghosted me after I found out you had a gf, why would you then congratulate me and why do you give a shit, I just find it so odd !!!
