My husband banned me from initiating sex when we moved in together. The ban continued through our honeymoon, and now 3 years later he has lifted the ban, but I have zero desire to initiate. How do I get my libido back after years of ignoring my needs? M49/F35

Found out later he had a myriad of health problems- heart condition and low T. Both of which are fixed- so the excuse I gave myself was he was sick and needed time. (I would hate to have been pressured if the situation was reversed)

Now I find I have no interest in initiating, I can’t remember the last time I was legitimately aroused. We would be intimate once every 6-8 weeks so we’ve technically had a dead bedroom our entire marriage. I would “take it when I could get it” but now he’s upset that I haven’t initiated since the ban was lifted. M49 & F35 together 5 years
