He's my housemate as well as a friend, at least i thought he was my friend. We were just hanging out as we've done for years and he said he had something to show me. He started playing the video, I won't describe it but it's one of those 'infamous' cartel videos. I didn't want to watch when I realised what it was, the set up made it pretty obvious what was going happen and I felt sick just seeing that. He didn't let me move away and kept it held in front of my eyes, I closed them but I could hear all of it and it sent me into a shaking, crying panic attack.

He called me a baby and a little bitch and told me it wasnt even the worst hed seen and I'm juat overreacting. He just went to the bathroom and I'm still shaking. I've had panic attacks before but I've never been laughed at and berated for having one I don't know what to do. He's usually the person I go to when I have one.
