Basically this week, I found out my manager broke up with his gf, I asked about it and he said it was a mutual break up. Idk if hes flirting with me but he's been asking questions about me to me, and holy shit his eye contact with me is strong. this week he asked to see my hand and he held in up against mine, like comparing hand sizes. this other time we did our hand shake and he just held my hand for way longer.

But today idk he didnt really talk to me. its like he did all that in one day but completely ignored me today. Did I do something?

For context: i think he feels no way about the break up with his gf but I do think hes in love with my co worker who he said is his soul mate? but hes flirting with other girls??? IM SO CONFUSED HELP ME PLS
