Is it normal to feel like you’re going through an identity crisis after ending a long term relationship? How did you navigate it? F24 after 6yr relationship with M25
Post Body

Identity crisis (Me 24F) after breaking up with a 6yr relationship (25M). Has anyone ever felt this way?

I broke up with my bf after 6yrs of being together, two weeks ago. I know I probably started grieving the relationship much earlier on and grief continues to present in phases. I feel like some days I’m having almost like an identity crisis. I’m not questioning that I made mistake but just more so what am I doing with my life now? I’m going out more because it is fun but I think also to feel something? I’m barely eating. Having a lot of anxiety. Barely sleeping.
