How do I M28 tell my gf F27 I want more without triggering her?
Post Body

me M27 and gf F27 have been together for about 10 months usually things a great, I plan dates, we go out or at least hang out pretty frequently. We donā€™t usually argue and tend to get along fairly well. We donā€™t live together so we usually have sex whenever we stay the night with one another probably 2 maybe 3 times a week cuz our schedule donā€™t always line up. Usually once she finishes once sheā€™s done sometimes I finish some times I donā€™t. I once tried to ask her about this, if she would feel comfortable going longer, Or doing multiple rounds every now and then. She got upset with me and told me one of her exā€™s wanted to have sex with her a bunch and she would put up with it even if she didnā€™t feel like it necessarily, so now itā€™s traumatic for her. I told her it was ok and that I didnā€™t want to force anything on her and we left it at that. Over the last couple months Iā€™ve asked a couple more times in different ways for us to kind of spice up our sex life a bit( ie: different positions, anal, etc) trying to be as nice and accommodating as possible. Each time Iā€™ve been met with basically : ā€œone of my old boyfriends messed it up so I donā€™t want to do that/ itā€™s traumatic for me now.ā€ Idk what to do cuz I really like her, donā€™t want to break up, and would never force anything on her, but Iā€™m also not really satisfied sexually.
