I [28/F] really like this guy [32/m] but now I think he might have a girlfriend and I don’t know what to do?

This guy (32) moved into the house next to me. I have talked to him a few times and I thought maybe he actually liked me. However I have noticed a woman always comes to his house really late on Saturdays/early Sunday mornings and leaves a few hours later. It’s always the same woman.

He has a Facebook but you can’t see anything on it. I have talked to him since I started noticing the woman but I have never asked and he doesn’t act any differently. He is very flirty but I think it’s just his personality idk. Should I ask him if he has a girlfriend or just give him the cold shoulder if he tries to talk to me?

TL;DR - I like this guy but think he has a girlfriend but I don’t know for sure.
