My Co-Worker (35f) Believes that I (31m) am a Racist. Because I went to the Rage Against the Machine concert a Few Years ago. How should I handle this at work?

So I am just currently beside myself with this situation. Here is some back story. My co-worker and I, for the last couple months until today were sexually involved with one another. I know that in of itself can be issue. But it isn't and does not interfere with our work. We haven't been keeping it a secret but also not flaunting it either. Another thing to note is that she is black while I am white. Race has never been an issue until today.

We were texting and she mentioned the Regional manger came to our store yesterday. I wasn't working and have not met him myself yet but he has made decisions that I do not think are good ones. When I tell her my what I do not like she brushes them off and thinks they are stupid. I don't think they are and try to explain why. At some point she thinks it is because of his race and I can't handle the fact that a black man is in charge. When she says this, I am just stunned. Like, what the fuck? I tell her it has absolutely nothing to do with his race, I just disagree with the direction he is going in. Then she tells me, a colleague of ours showed her some pictures on my Facebook page at a "white supremacist" concert. At this point, I am confused, having zero idea what she is talking about. I get some more details and figure it out. The concert in question is Rage Against the Machine on their DARE tour. For those of you unfamiliar with Rage, they are famously known for their anti-imperialism and anti-racism, as well as other social justice issues.

The images she saw were from the end of the concert. With graphics like "Abort the Supreme Court" and "This machine condemns millions to death and poverty abroad. At home, people lack basic access to health, housing and education." If you were wondering, the machine in this graphic refers to the US government, not the band itself. I believe it is very clear where they stand. Anyway I tried to explain this to her but she just was not buying it.

I am honestly not sure how to proceed next. I do not know who this co-worker of ours is, as she has refused to tell me. I know when I go back to work tomorrow, it's going to be awkward to say the least. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
