I (M23) started talking to this girl (F22), and i’m not sure if it’s going well. Am I just overthinking?

So I’ve been out of the dating game for a bit, and I didn’t plan on getting back into. But of course out of nowhere, i meet this beautiful girl. We’ve been talking for a few weeks now and for the most part everything seems to be going okay, but part of me thinks she’s not really interested in me.

We get along, we kiss each other goodbye, she always makes me feel excited to see her again which is something i haven’t felt for a while. Ig what makes me unsure is i try and make time for her as much as i can (at a reasonable level ofc) and im always trying to plan dates, hang out, etc and a lot of times i feel like she just won’t make room for me ig? Even if she has nothing to do. She’ll have a reason why she can’t hangout and then she’ll be hanging out with her friends. Ig it just makes me feel bad because i work a lot and im always able to make time for her.

We hangout once or twice a week too. Not a big deal since we aren’t dating but i wish it was more. Whenever i try and make plans just me and her she just doesn’t want to go for some reason. She does invite me to hangout with her and her friends though so im just really confused. I also noticed she still has dating apps even though we’ve been talking for a few weeks at this point. That bothers me too but i mean we’re not dating so i never mentioned it. I assume im just over thinking. Maybe i’ve just been single for too long but i really like her i just feel like maybe she doesn’t quite feel the same way and if that’s true, wish she would just tell me. How should I go about engaging in a relationship with her, or knowing if she even wants one?
