Help me(M23) decide to dump her (F23) or hold her ?
Post Body

Guys i have been in a relo for 5 yrs and first 2 years were damn amazing. Then due some incidents ( work related) , i transformed myself into more logical work focused no bs guy.

Since then she and i are being up and down. She genuinely tried to understand and help and tried to put me before her emotions. Cut to today which is a year she doing it . Now she is getting attracted to guys which i dont mind because i know its a long time my life is fucked and i expected her to hold it in.

I feel such situations communication is necessary. Now when i ask her logically that hey we need to do this to get this outcome , she doesnt trust me and feels im the guy who just keeps on going.

And today i asked her to let go off one guy and she said okay but i know she wanted him . And she clearly told it was that she was craving love and care . And thats true coz she hasnt even thought like further consequences and she has low eq. Also here she went uncontrollable like talking 2 hrs with him and not texting me when i expected her to.

I do feel things have been brutal , but the way she does things is likely to traumatize me. Should i hold her or ask her to let go. Her opinion is she doesnt have hope from this relo and wants to move on but i know its just she dont think properly

Ik its intense sorry for making it long. Happy to add more context.
