I feel like I ’ M/31’ make my coworker ‘F/20~’ that I kind of like uncomfortable. How should I interact with her?

I have a coworker that I like who says ‘Hi’ to me everytime she see’s me. It’s not like a energetic ‘Hi’ or a friendly ‘Hi’ just like a simple ‘Hi’. And this is every time I see her or I pass her. I feel like I can come off as a scary guy and I might make her uncomfortable. I feel like she might know that I like her, but I don’t want to initiate anything because I don’t want to scare her or put her in a weird position. Does anyone have any advice on what she might be feeling or how I should go about this so no one gets hurt?
