I feel like I โ€™ M/31โ€™ make my coworker โ€˜F/20~โ€™ that I kind of like uncomfortable. How should I interact with her?
Post Body

I have a coworker that I like who says โ€˜Hiโ€™ to me everytime she seeโ€™s me. Itโ€™s not like a energetic โ€˜Hiโ€™ or a friendly โ€˜Hiโ€™ just like a simple โ€˜Hiโ€™. And this is every time I see her or I pass her. I feel like I can come off as a scary guy and I might make her uncomfortable. I feel like she might know that I like her, but I donโ€™t want to initiate anything because I donโ€™t want to scare her or put her in a weird position. Does anyone have any advice on what she might be feeling or how I should go about this so no one gets hurt?
