We met in October last year. Up until December when she left. And we were hanging out quite a bit. We realized we had a lot in common. We went to the same school. We like cats and we both like the same pizzas.

She did tell me that she was leaving to the UK for 5 years for her OE (Overseas Experience). But we still caught feelings for each other. I said to her you should still go. And I'll come over next year for 3 years, once I pay my mortgage off. She said she couldn't wait for me to come over. We would be able to travel together.

But 2 months into her trip in the UK she met someone else. She's 23 and he's 18. She said she really likes him. And told me that we shouldn't talk anymore. That broke me in a million pieces. It feels like she didn't care about me at all. I was prepared to work overtime, in order to pay my mortgage off faster. I was prepared to wait. She obviously wasn't.
