I really don't know how to explain this, but nothing physical happened. It was over the phone. She called me to tell me about a recent accomplishment. She said she had to go do something, and I went to do something since i knew she would be a bit. I came back to the call hung up and a text going on about me ghosting her. I explained to her that I didn't intend for that. She says I've been brushing her off each time she brings up an accomplishment to me. I explained that I'm sorry i seem like that. it's just been exhausting at work and I'm just too tired to celebrate something all the time. I tried to explain to her why I'm exhausted and how I'm not in the mood to be all uppity about it. She said she doesn't want to talk to me unless it's to say good night or to talk things through. So we left it for the night. I tried to reach out to her in the morning and see if she wanted to talk things through because it feels like something is going to break in the relationship if we don't try. She said i was overthinking, and so i leave it be. A couple hours later i ask if she wants to talk. She only wanted to if we can figure out a resolution to the problem. So i try to explainy side to her, and it seems like she took it as an excuse cus she said she's done if we can't find a solution instead of arguing. She suggested that we call to talk things out, but only if she's available. She then she's probably going to be busy for the next few days. I don't know if it's best, but i offered we take a break from each other after we have that call. We've been close for 7 years now. We've had arguments and solved them, but now it seems and feels like she wants to hive up. Should i be worried?
