I (28M) am Feeling Disconnected in My Relationship (26f). What should I do?
Post Body

As the title says, I'm feeling a tad down on how much attention my fiancée has been giving me, and I could use some advice on how to handle the situation. Lately, she's been less affectionate and spends more of her time on her phone and to herself.

She has a friend who she talks to daily, and whenever they're on the phone, she lights up with excitement. However, our interactions have become less intense. We've had discussions about this before, and she mentioned it might be because we spend so much time together that she doesn't talk to her friend as much anymore, even though they talk every day now.

Recently, she went on a Bachelorette trip, and unfortunately, we barely talked during the trip (her friend was there too). Today, I reached a breaking point emotionally. I was really looking forward to spending the day with her, but everything changed when she received a call. During that call, I felt like a third wheel for two hours, and it made me feel incredibly disconnected and upset. After that, I didn't handle it the best and was pretty upset about the situation.

Now, she seems genuinely sorry, and I want to have a productive conversation with her about how I'm feeling without letting my emotions get the best of me. However, I'm not sure how to approach this conversation constructively.

BTW, if you look at my previous post, she is the same friend I previously posted about before. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading and understanding.
